Family Resources Coordination (FRC)

FRCs help our families gain access to early support services for their child.

Family Resources Coordinators (FRCs) link families with funding and appropriate community resources. They also participate in each child's initial developmental evaluation and then help develop the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) with the family. The IFSP focuses on developmentally appropriate goals for the child and addresses family needs. These goals are incorporated into individual therapy sessions, the child's early education program, and daily home life.

Prior to a child turning three, the FRC will also guide the family through the process of transitioning out of Early Support services, whether it is to the child's local school district or to a community program.

each year we help over 3,000 kids

In partnership with parents and caregivers, we celebrate where each child is today and work toward who they can become.
